It is pretty hit or miss, but when Wal-Mart has organic blueberries in stock, I get so excited. I like to eat them plain, as a pancake syrup & on salads. I stumbled across this recipe today & absolutely love this salad.
Adapted from Skinny Ms.’s Cleanse & Detox Superfood Salad
1 date, chopped
raw almonds, soaked & dried
2 Tb olive oil mixed with 1 Tb lime juice (the original recipe calls for lemon instead)
