D – Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken with Soaked Brown Rice, steamed green beans, Sweetheart Fruit Salad

L – Sandwich
D – Irish Nachos

B – Waffles and chicken sausage links (Applegate Farms)
L – tuna salad
D – PW Comfort Meatballs, Mock Twice Baked Potatoes (cauliflower instead of potato)

L – Salmon Patties with Dipping Sauce, leftover veggies

*Easiest Baked Mac and Cheese Ever
2 cups dry elbow noodles
4 cups milk
3 Tb butter, melted
2 cups cheese
seasonings: seasoned salt, pepper and dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350. Place butter in 13×9 baking dish and allow to melt in preheating oven. Stir in the noodles, milk, cheese and seasoning.  Bake for 45 mins.
