Butterfinger Smoothie

If you like Butterfinger candy bars, you will love this healthy smoothie. I drank in disbelief that something that tasted like that was healthy. I found this recipe on one of my very favorite blogs, Fitnessista.

1 serving

1 frozen banana
1 cup kefir, almond milk or your favorite milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 heaping tablespoon nut butter of choice (or handful of nuts should work if you are using high powered blender)
4 drops (or to taste) English Toffee flavored liquid stevia drops
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or half the inards (lovely) of a vanilla bean)
pinch of sea salt
a few ice cubes

Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
