Goji Muesli

This is a wonderful Muesli. This recipe makes up a medium size batch to store and use when desired. I have heard Bob Mills has a great store bought Muesli, but I can’t imagine it being better than this recipe. Enjoy! I will share a healthy Muesli Cookie recipe next. It is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!

GOJI MUESLI
adapted from a wholefoodsmarket.com recipe called Fruit and Hemp Seed Muesli

2 1/4 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup dried goji berries
1/2 cup raw green pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup slivered or thinly sliced almonds

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Toss all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. To serve warm, combine 1/2 cup muesli with 1/2 cup liquid of choice (water, milk, almond milk, hempmilk, or coconut milk) and simmer on the stovetop just a few minutes until oasts are softened. You can also use in any recipe that calls for granola, trail mix etc., such as cookies.
