Buffalo Chicken Wraps With Easy Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

2/3 cup Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce

4 chicken breast halves

1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing (use bottled or see recipe below)

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

4 (10 inch) flour tortillas, heated (we used zesty garlic & herb tortillas Yumm)

Pour wing sauce over chicken in deep dish & marinate in refrigerator at least 30 mins. Grill chicken until done & slice into thin strips. Drizzle a little Franks down center of tortilla followed by blue cheese dressing. Next arrange chicken, cheese & lettuce down center & roll up. Recipe adapted from here.

Easy Blue Cheese Dressing

approximately 1/2 to 1 cup blue cheese
1 cup mayo
about 1/4 to 1/2 cup buttermilk, adjust for consistency you like
1 Tb apple cider vinegar
cayenne pepper to taste
about 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
salt & pepper to taste

I used my immersion blender to make this a creamy consistency b/c I’m not fond of large chunks of blue cheese (too strong), but if you want it chunkier just stir together. Refrigerate at least an hour before use for best taste.
