Skinny Sundae – Sugar Free

This recipe from No More Dirty Looks is a skinny take on McDonald’s Caramel Sundae with Peanuts. Enjoy!

3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tb vanilla extract
1 tsp organic, natural CRUNCHY peanut butter (the bits of peanuts are key)
liquid stevia to taste (4-5 drops or so) clear, english toffee or vanilla cream flavor
1 tsp maple syrup to drizzle on top
1 tsp or so cocoa nibs (optional)

Mix the yogurt, vanilla extract, stevia and peanut butter until well blended. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cocoa nibs if using.
