Sometimes this is just what you need….
OLIVE OIL & GARLIC PASTA
2 Tb minced garlic
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
1 lb spaghetti, cooked until al dente
parsley (I just used dry)
shredded (not grated) Parmesan cheese
In small skillet or saucepan combine garlic, oil & salt over med-low heat. Allow garlic to simmer, shaking the pan often until it turns golden (don’t allow to become brown). Combine pasta with garlic oil & cheese to taste.
