Tea Room Pico De Gallo


Simple, fresh and full of flavor. Eat on breakfast tacos, omelets, frittatas, chalupas, baked potatoes, tortilla chips, or with pinto beans & cornbread….the possibilities are endless. Keep on hand in your fridge for 4 or 5 days.

Tea Room Pico De Gallo

8 tomatoes, coarsely chopped (I like Roma)
4 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped
Juice of one lime
1 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 tsp salt

Hand chop all ingredients & mix together. Store in fridge 4-5 days.

Makes about 6 cups (just half the recipe if you won’t use that much in 4-5 days)
