My husband asked me to compile a blog post with his three favorite smoothies so he could share them on his twitter. Here they are……
Blueberry Sunrise Smoothie
2 hearty handfuls of raw almonds
2 cups purified water
1 Tb tahini
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 hearty Tbs pure maple syrup
Zinc Standard
2 hearty handfuls of raw pumpkin seeds
2 cups purified water
1 Tb tahini
2 hefty TBs squished dates or a handful of regular dates
4 frozen bananas (I did only 3 as I thought 4 seemed much)
A dusting of cinnamon
GREEN SMOOTHIE 3-4 servings
2 frozen bananas (if not frozen add a little ice)
2 oranges
handful of frozen pineapple (I used frozen Mango instead)
3 generous handfulls RAW spinach
1 cup milk or kefir
2 Tb raw virgin coconut oil (this gives it a lovely tropical taste)
splash of maple syrup
splash vanilla extract
