Makes 2 large glasses full or 4 smaller servings
2 handfuls of raw sunflower seeds (no shells)
2 cups purified water
1 Tb tahini
1 handful of dates
3-4 frozen bananas (3 do the trick for me)
1 hefty Tbs raw carob powder (mine was toasted not raw)
Blend and enjoy the flavor of a chocolate milkshake minus the guilt of unhealthy eating!
