Maple Walnuts

We saw this recipe on Food Network this week & my husband wanted us to try it. I’m so glad we did…it is amazing!!! Eat it alone as a snack or as a topping on ice cream or pancakes.

2 cups walnut halves
1/3 cup maple syrup
pinch of salt

Toast all for 3-5 mins. in saute’ pan until caramelized. The syrup will become thick & caramel colored. Lay out to cool & store in airtight container.
