Green Smoothie

This is a great way to get some greens in your children without them ever knowing it. You can NOT taste the raw spinach in this sweet drink. We like it with breakfast or for a snack.

GREEN SMOOTHIE 3-4 servings
2 frozen bananas (if not frozen add a little ice)
2 oranges
handful of frozen pineapple (I used frozen Mango instead)
3 generous handfulls RAW spinach
1 cup milk or kefir
2 Tb raw virgin coconut oil (this gives it a lovely tropical taste)
splash of maple syrup
splash vanilla extract
Liquify in your blender.
