1 lb hamburger meat
1/2 onion, diced
frozen tator tots – enough to single layer on the bottom of a 9×13 dish
1 can corn, drained or green beans, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup for corn or mushroom soup if you’re using green beans
1/2 cup half & half or milk
1 cup shredded cheese + more cheese for top
Preheat oven to 350. Brown your meat & onion. Layer tator tots in a single layer on the bottom of a sprayed 9×13 dish. Sprinkle with cooked meat & onion. Sprinkle meat layer with drained corn. In bowl, mix together the can of soup, half & half & 1 cup of shredded cheese. Spread soup mixture evenly over layers. Sprinkle top with more shredded cheese. Bake 40 mins at 350 degrees.
