Mica’s Tilapia With Lemon & Onion

Ultra easy dish alert! Got this recipe from Mica who is probably my healthiest eating friend. She always inspires me to eat better & exercise. I’ve always been intimidated by cooking fish, but this one is so easy a caveman could do it. No offense, cavemen.

1 Tilapia fillet per person
3 slices lemon per fish fillet
handful of chopped yellow onion
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Other all purpose seasoning of your choice, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Place each fillet on it’s own square of foil. Place 3 slices of lemon wedge on each fillet, along with a handful of onion & season to taste. Place foil packets on baking sheet & bake 20 – 22 mins. Serve.
