These were fabulous & this recipe will be a keeper. My kids & husband raved over the flavor of the meat. We ate these so fast that I forgot to get a picture first. I used top blade steak, red & green pepper, onion & cherry tomatoes. You can use any veggie on hand that is good grilled. I did this under the broiler & it only took 10 mins total! I did marinate my meat overnight.
Honey-glazed sirloin & crisp vegetables, skewered & broiled or grilled to perfection!

2 Tb soy sauce
2 Tb honey
1 Tb grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp crushed hot red pepper flakes
12 oz boneless sirloin steak, trimmed & cut into 1 inch cubes
8 cherry tomatoes
4 large mushrooms, cut in half
1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded & cut into 8 squares
Combine marinade ingredients & stir well. Place steak into a ziplock. Add marinade & refridgerate a few hours to overnight, turning a few times. Preheat broiler. Using 4 10 inch metal skewers (we used about 6 disposable bamboo ones) alternately thread veggies & meat. Place on broiler pan & broil 5 mins then turn sticks & broil another 5 mins. Next time I may thread all of my veggies together seperate from the meat just b/c I think I’d like to cook my veggies a little longer. The meat was perfect within the 10 mins, but the veggies needed a little more browning in my opinion.
