Honey Mustard Chicken & Rice

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup mustard
2 Tb lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine
6 boneless chicken breasts (I use four)
Cooked rice
Preheat oven to 350-375.
Heat & melt above ingredients (except chicken & rice) & pour over chicken in a 8×8 baking dish (if cooking 4 breasts). Turn chicken over with tongs to cover with sauce on both sides. Bake covered about 1 hour, turning once @ 30 min. Serve chicken & honey mustard juice over chicken.
