1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (using kitchen sheers is 20 times easier than using a knife…trust me)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I usually use the cheddar/jack blend)
dash of garlic salt
1/2 cup green onions or a small can of green chilis (I always use the onion, but I’d like to see if it’s as good with chilis)
sprinkle paprika over the top
Mix all together & place in a small baking dish. An 8×8 size or a smidgen smaller would work well. 13×15 is too big unless you double this recipe. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
