There is a story behind the name. I found this recipe in one of my Fitness Magazine’s. It was a VS model who shared the recipe as her favorite lunch. I tried it & loved it. I have it many days for a healthy lunch. In fact, it’s because of this recipe that I keep celery on hand @ all times now.
3 0z package of water-packed tuna
1 1/2 Tb may (or more to taste)
1 stalk celery, diced
1 fuji apple, diced
splash of lemon
romaine lettuce (optional)
Just throw all of this together & enjoy!
