Mine were unatractive & fell apart too easily…will have to work on that, but they tasted good. Great thing to make when you have a couple of ripe bananas to use up.
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (2 bananas) mashed ripe banana
2 cups (12 oz package) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine flour, baking powder & salt in medium bowl. Beat butter, sugars & vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in bananas & egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate. Spread into 15×10 inch jelly-roll pan. Bake in 350 preheated oven for 20-30 min or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Makes 6 dozen bars.
