Doo-Doo Cookies (AKA No Bake Cookies)

Quick & easy chocolate fix (with a few health benefits from the oats & peanut butter) ; )

2 cups sugar

3 Tb cocoa powder

1/2 stick butter

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup peanut butter

3 cups oatmeal

1 tsp vanilla

Mix first four ingredients in saucepan & bring to a boil for one minute. Remove from heat; add last 3 ingredients. Stir well. Drop onto wax paper & let cool.

Altered version (healthier)

1 cup sugar

3 Tb cocoa

1/2 cup canola oil

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup NATURAL peanut butter (refrigerated kind)

3 cups or more oats (whatever consistancy you like)

1 tsp vanilla
