Yogurt Banana Nut Parfait

This is a simple recipe that I came up with sometime this past year. It uses ingredients I always have on hand. If you prefer more sweetness add a little honey. The banana makes it sweet enough for my taste.

1 banana

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

handful of walnuts

Mix up & serve in large mug or cup.
